pertaining to title insurance, errors and omissions, and consumer fees are under review. County records are available online and converted to
electronic/digital formats at lightning speed. Embracing the MISMO data, transaction, and processing standards are now embraced by counties,
Loan Origination Software (LOS), and packaged software products throughout the title closing industry. Lenders, investors, and services are
following the same trends.
At Abstracts & Titles and www.eTitle.com we also incorporated these standards and utilities to make it happen in our region. Image conversion software,
OCR tools extract important sections from deeds and other documents. This took some time and testing to get right!. We now have dynamic data access 'microservices',
requiring minimal property information, extract transaction steps, and document images for each order. These functions incorporate tools and standards in
well-established technical tools and protocols found in C#, C++, Clarion for Windows, SQL Server, Java Script, JSON, REST, SOAP, XML, XQuery, and XPath (for starters).
Accurate, immediate data access and extraction are just a click away. We have access to the largest data warehouses at their source.
Of course, we have hundreds-of-thousands of our own historical records to access as quality reference points. We partenered with counties,
title insurers, and numerous software suppliers to build a well-tested, production-proven, set of tools. Included are several order entry points,
integration to several commonly used mortgage industry applications, and a robust set of delivery options.
What's next? Our partner customers with examination teams will be trained to use all aspects of www.eTitle.com. We are expanding our direct
access to other regional markets!
