DELIVERY PROCESSING SUMMARY

We deliver your orders flexibly, accurately, and consistently. A profile is built for each customer to prioritize the packaging and distribution of each order. The following is how our process works.

1) We use a data dictionary to define every element in our database and elements for              certain target databases. The primary mortgage industry co-mapping includes the              MISMO Data Model, TitleWave, and a subset of SoftPro segments.

2) Each target database’s defined elements is cross referenced with our data dictionary         to the external target.
     - Examples: MISMO, SoftPro, TitleWave... and others have different data formats. We                create a unique profile for each.

3) New Customers are set up as follows:
     - A customer master record is created. Contract rates, delivery methods, and other                  indicative data are stored.
     - Contacts for each customer are added. They will remain in the database even if they           are terminated.
     - Overrides at the customer contact level are provided for delivery instructions and                formats.

4) Each customer and, if needed, a contact selects the proper delivery format. Each                 format has a unique format
     - Examples are Paper Report Format, XML, JSON, Excel, Word, PDF, CSV (rare),
     - Delivery can be via eMail or directly to a specified address and port (SOAP and                        RESTful API)

5) Override of the delivery method is available at the order level.

7) Orders are released for delivery upon the approval workflow event.

8) A 'Distribution' service on our servers forwards released orders on to the recipient.

9) If needed, an order can be resent, and the format may be overridden.

10) Using the customer portal, the ordering contact and those contacts with                                 "supervisor" access can view the released order.

11) Contacts with access can request a locally printed report, or they may initiate the                redistribution themselves.

12) Contacts with authority can also reprint an order's invoice.

13) Authorized customers may reprint monthly statements.

14) A friendly reminder: customers may place orders, track orders through the workflow,           and receive notices via email and their online eTitle_Advantage.com account.
