During the pandemic, we at Abstracts & Titles expanded support for our remote workers. Expanding our internal systems and processes provided us with the opportunity to rebuild our technical infrastructure to support a Software as a Service model. This now allows us to invite customers into our workflows. A selected set of workflow functions is now available to our customers.

Markets and business conditions change. A customer's business conditions often change. Under some circumstances, we could consider migrating members of a customer's examination team to ours (with certain employment restrictions). We would do this on a case-by-case basis.
